Review Specifications Compare Prices

Although the Fujitsu LifeBook N6410 is larger than many of its contemporary laptops, it provides enough power to completely replace a standard desktop system. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core Duo processor, which runs at an impressive 1.67 GHz speed. The Duo processor line is specifically designed to provide laptops with maximum performance while using minimum power consumption. The N6410 also comes with 1 GB of DDR2 SDRAM memory to keep all of its applications running smoothly.

The N6410 brightly displays the desktop on a 17" Color-Enhanced Crystal View wide XGA+ TFT screen. The N6410 has Windows XP Media Center as its operating system. XP Media Center has all the great features of Windows XP Home, along with allowing you to create a digital media center throughout your home. XP Media Center also features a built-in television tuner, so your laptop can also function as a television or DVR.

The N6410 features a combo CD-RW and DVD-RW, which allows for pictures, movies, music, or television shows to be burned to disc. In addition to this drive, the N6410 has plenty of ports to plug in peripherals, including five USB 2.0 ports, a Firewire IEEE 1394 port, a Memory Stick /SD/xD slot, a PC Card slot, and finally an ExpressCard slot.

With a 320GB hard drive, the N6410 allows you to use Windows XP Media Center to the fullest. Because of its size and weight of almost ten pounds, the Fujitsu LifeBook N6410 is suited for at home users who enjoy digital media and want the option of being able to carry their computer easily from room to room.
