Unless you opted for the Dedicated Graphics model, the notebooks within Inspiron 6000 Series come with 256MB shared memory following the 400MHz DDR2 Standard.

You can upgrade your Inspiron 6000 notebook to have up to 2GB of RAM. This will definitely boast its performance and offer unprecedented application processing speed.

There are 2 SoDIMM sockets, and fortunately both of these can be accessed by the user, so you can upgrade memory without any limitation posed by factory configuration.

Upgrade modules are available in the denominations of 256MB, 512MB or 1GB from online stores.
